The first year of his career, Mr. Pope was employed with the King County Assessor's Office then moved into the fee appraisal industry in 1974 working in data collection for a commercial appraisal firm.  In 1975, Mr. Pope started appraising in the residential field and after 6 years, in 1981, William R. Coffin & Associates retained his services to manage the residential arm of a small commercial and residential shop in Redmond.  In 1992, Mr. Pope opened his own residential appraisal office.  Over the past 21 years, he has managed, trained, organized, and implemented appraisal policy to provide clients with the highest quality appraisal reports and professional expertise.
